PARALEGAL

Schumacher Law is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team. Candidates should have 3+ years experience within a Law Firm or Corporate Legal Department. This position will support our Corporate Law department with formations of corporations and limited liability companies and international structures and filings. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent analytical skills, a willingness to learn and a dedication to work under his/her own initiative. This position requires a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved program. A mastery of Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
